Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email immediately. Within 24 hours, we will send another email to confirm that your order is being processed. If there are any issues with payment or product availability, we will reach out to you directly.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is processed, we aim to ship it as soon as possible. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email, which will include a tracking number (if applicable) and an estimated delivery date. Shipping fees are $12 for registered airmail, which requires a signature upon delivery. If you’re unavailable, a notice will be left with redelivery instructions.
PO Boxes & APO Addresses
We are happy to ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses. Just update your Primary Shipping Address under the “My Account” section to ensure smooth delivery.
Customs
As we ship from overseas, there may be delays during customs clearance, which can range from a few days to up to 3 weeks. To avoid any delays, we recommend placing orders in advance.
Delivery Times
We strive to ship most orders within 24-48 hours. Delivery times may vary depending on the postal or courier service. If your order is delayed beyond the usual timeframe, please wait an additional 7 days before reaching out. Please keep in mind that customs may hold packages for import duties, potentially causing additional delays.
Lost Orders & Reshipments
If your order is lost during transit, we offer reshipments or refunds, provided the issue is reported within 8 weeks from the shipping date. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. If the address is incorrect, a replacement order will incur a charge.
Returns & Refunds
We stand by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If your order is damaged or not received within 30 days of shipping, we will either reship the order or issue a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team.
For a return or refund to be processed, the product must be unused, unopened, and have an expiry date that’s more than 3 months away. Refunds will be issued after we receive the returned goods and confirm that they are resellable.
